Every one needs a savior. A newborn baby needs maternal love and care just as a growing child requires guidance and training. Adults need mentors or role models just as the elderly /aged need special care and attention.
No body can walk through life as an island. John 3 v 16 tells us about Jesus, the Son of the living God (Matthew 16v16) and Man’s Ultimate savior, sent by God, who laid down his life for us.
Romans 10 v 9 – 13 tell us how to receive Him
John 10v10 tells us what he has brought for you and me
What remains is whether we want to accept His sacrifice or not. If your answer is Yes, Don’t postpone (for there is no wisdom in that) for now, even now is the time of salvation. Then, please pray this prayer below:
"Lord Jesus, I believe that you died for my sins .I repent, forsake my sins and ask you to wash away my sins with your blood which you shed for my sake on Calvary’s Cross. I willingly and unreservedly invite you now to come into my life as Savior and Lord. Help me to know, walk and serve you faithfully for the remaining years of my life. In Jesus name I have prayed. Amen"
If you have sincerely done the above, I’ll like to say to you, Congratulations to you my Brother /sister...
Eat God’s word heartily 1 Peter 2 v 2 and pray everyday because that’s your hotline to God, our father in Heaven of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named Ephesians 3 v 14 & 15.
Also, you need to experience the baptism of the Holy Ghost. the Sprit of truth, our comforter, teacher( John 14v 16,17& 26) so that
rivers of living water ( john 4 v 14,john 7v 38 & 39) can flow out of your belly ( spirit man)
You are not alone. Welcome to the greatest family in the Universe.
While some, of our family members, are already "above" enjoying their retirement; we need to stick, stay, bond and grow in fellowship together... not forsaking the assembly of ourselves... Hebrews 10 v 25. That’s why you ought to be an active member of a local Body of Christ.
